▶ BY CAR
From the Direction of Ljubljana: Take the A2 highway in the direction of Kranj. In 40 km take the exit for LESCE-BLED. Pass through Bled. The first villages in Bohinj are about 20 km from Bled. In Bohinjska Bistrica, at the roundabout, take the first exit towards Bohinj Lake. 100 meters futher you will see Hostel Budkovič on your right.

Ljubljana-Jesenice − Bohinjska Bistrica – You can reach us by train from Ljubljana via Jesenice, where you are crossing the route towards Bohinj. Bohinjska Bistrica train station is 700 metres away from the hostel.
If you are arriving by train from abroad from Austria, the International Railway station LESCE − BLED is a regular bus line to Bohinj.
Nova Gorica – Most na Soči – Bohinjska bistrica – If you are coming from the west through Italy and Nova Gorica, the train is on the Soča Bridge and exit to Bohinjska Bistrica train station.

FromLjubljana: from Ljubljana to Bohinj, the regular bus line Ljubljana − Kranj-Radovljica-Bled-Bohinjska Bistrica is on the same day. Departure from Ljubljana every hour during the day, except weekends and during the holidays, buses are less common. The bus stops just shooting from the hostel.
