In Triglav National Park, in the village of Ribčev Laz, stands a charming wooden cottage that captivates visitors with its rustic charm. The cottage is located in the village, just a stone’s throw from Lake Bohinj, beneath the peaks of Rodica and the Suha mountain.

Amenities

Guests have access to a washing machine tumble dryer and free WI-FI. Bed linen, 2 towels and slippers are included in the price. A large garden (800 m²) is attached to the house. There is a grill available and 3 outdoor wooden tables. Next to the garden is a landscaped parking lot.

What's New Here - Energy Renovation of the Suha Mountain Hut

We recognize the importance of environmental conservation, which is why we successfully applied for the public call for proposals titled “Support for Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises in the Tourism Sector to Improve Material and Energy Efficiency.”

The investment includes the following measures, which are part of the building's energy retrofit:

- Insulation of the building's exterior envelope (facade, roof, exterior basement walls)

- Supply and installation of a solar power plant

- Supply and installation of energy-efficient lighting

- Installation of water-saving equipment (water-saving faucets and toilets, equipment for collecting and using rainwater)

- Supply of a waste compactor

The objectives of the operation are:

- Reducing energy consumption at the facility

- Reducing the use of drinking and sanitary water

- Reducing the volume of waste generated
