1. Nature of the business and risks

The participant is aware that the activities organized by PAC d.o.o. involve a certain degree of risk. Extreme sports involve unpredictable factors (weather conditions, terrain, equipment) that, despite all safety measures, may result in physical injury or property damage.

2. Corporate Responsibility

PAC d.o.o. undertakes to:

  • We provide professionally qualified guides and instructors.

  • Use regularly maintained and safe equipment that meets industry standards.

  • Carry out activities only under appropriate and safe conditions.

Note: The company assumes no liability for any injury or damage resulting from failure to follow instructions, the participant’s own misjudgment, or force majeure.

3. Responsibility of the Party (Participant)

By registering for this activity, the participant confirms and agrees to the following:

  • Health status: The individual is in good physical and mental health and has no medical conditions that would prevent the safe performance of the activity.

  • Compliance with instructions: He will unconditionally follow all instructions and safety protocols issued by company staff.

  • Prohibition of substances: Participants must not attend the event under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other psychoactive substances.

  • At your own discretion: Participants take part voluntarily and at their own risk.

  • Providing professionally trained guides and instructors.

  • Using regularly maintained equipment that meets industry standards.

  • Conducting activities only under suitable and safe conditions.

Note: The company assumes no liability for injuries or damages resulting from failure to follow instructions, the participant's error in judgment, or force majeure.

3. Participant Responsibility

By booking an activity, the participant confirms and agrees to the following:

  • Health Status: They are in good physical and mental health and have no medical conditions that would compromise safety.

  • Compliance: They will strictly follow all instructions and safety protocols provided by the staff.

  • Sobriety: They will not participate while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or psychoactive substances.

  • Voluntary Participation: The participant takes part in the activity voluntarily and at their own risk.
